Safety and a pleasant atmosphere<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Health:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> It is mandatory to inform us of any health problems, pregnancy or allergies before the start of the treatment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Peace:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Please silence your mobile phones upon entering. Smoking is not allowed on the salon premises.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Personal belongings:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> We recommend removing jewellery (storage boxes are provided), but the salon is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><hr \/><h4>Regulations on the use of gift certificates<\/h4><p><b>1. General provisions and issuance<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A gift certificate is a document of value issued by S Lift that allows the bearer to use cosmetic services or purchase products at the salon. The certificates are issued in digital or physical form and contain a unique serial number, date of issue and expiration date.<\/span><\/p><p><b>2. Method of use<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Purpose: The gift certificate can be used for all available treatments or treatment packages, depending on its nominal value.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Single use: The gift certificate must be used once in full. If the selected treatment is less than the voucher value, S Lift is not obliged to refund the remaining amount in cash.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Additional payment: If the price of the selected service exceeds the amount on the voucher, the user is obliged to pay the difference at the current price list.<\/span><\/p><p><b>3. Validity period<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Each gift voucher has a defined validity period (standard 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated). After the specified expiry date, the voucher is considered invalid, and S Lift is not obliged to refund the funds or extend the period of use.<\/span><\/p><p><b>4. Limitations and loss<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exchange for money: Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Loss or theft: In the event of loss, theft or damage to the physical voucher, S Lift will not issue a replacement voucher. The voucher is treated as cash, and whoever owns it has the right to consume it.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Appointment booking: Possession of a voucher does not guarantee a free appointment at all times; the user is required to book in advance, subject to the salon's availability.<\/span><\/p><p><b>5. Tax Treatment and Occasional Gifts<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Multipurpose Coupons: S Lift Salon Gift Certificates are treated as multipurpose value coupons because they can be used for various services and related products.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Gifts: Gift certificates received by an employer are treated as an occasional reward in accordance with applicable tax regulations.<\/span><\/p><p><b>6. Final provisions<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By purchasing or using a gift voucher, the user accepts all conditions set out in this Rulebook. S Lift reserves the right to change these conditions and is obligated to publish them on the official website or in the salon area.<\/span><\/p><hr \/><h4>Program packages and strategic care curriculum<\/h4><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>U<\/strong> <\/span><b>At S LIFT Boutique Cosmetic Studio, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">we believe that every skin requires an individual road plan; therefore, our packages are not generic but dedicated protocols designed to solve complex skin problems. Since tissue has memory, targeted treatment regimens are key to achieving maximum and long-lasting results.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><b>1. Types of program cycles<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depending on the depth of the problem and desired aesthetic goals, packages are created in the following cycles:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Intensive cycles (3 to 4 treatments):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> They are intended for rapid revitalisation and resolution of minor aesthetic deviations.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Transformational protocols (6 to 8 treatments):<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Designed for deep tissue reconstruction and resolution of chronic conditions.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><b>2.
