Visiting culture & appointment policy
Where skin gets a strategy, and time deserves respect.
To ensure maximum dedication and maintain the top quality of our rituals, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules on changing and cancelling appointments:
- More than 48 hours in advance: Appointments can be cancelled or modified without any fee.
- Within 24 to 32 hours before the appointment: 50% of the booked service amount will be charged at the next visit.
- 12 to 8 hours before the appointment: 75% of the confirmed appointment amount will be charged at the next visit.
- 6 hours or less before the appointment (or no-show): 100% of the booked service will be charged for the next visit.
Important notes for your arrival
- Late to the appointment: Please arrive at S LIFT 5-10 minutes before the agreed time. In the event of a delay, the ritual duration will be shortened to respect the next client's time, and the full amount for the booked service will be charged.
- Preparation for AI skin analysis: For the most accurate assessment of your current condition, we recommend coming to the analysis with clean skin and without decorative cosmetics. The analysis lasts between 20 and 30 minutes.
- Health conditions: When booking or sending an inquiry, we kindly ask you to inform us of any special conditions, such as pregnancy, specific health problems, current medications, or allergies, so that we can fully adapt the protocol to your needs.
- Personal belongings: S LIFT studio is not responsible for loss, damage or forgotten personal belongings. For your convenience, we have provided jewellery storage boxes in the treatment rooms.
